HIVE Sentinel
HIVE Sentinel is our proprietary real-time exposure and accumulation platform.
It provides a live, global view of aviation assets, combining location data, insured values, HIVE participation, and dynamic war risk assessment. This allows underwriters to monitor exposures as they develop, identify concentration risks, and respond immediately to changing geopolitical or operational conditions.
By replacing static reporting with live intelligence, HIVE Sentinel enables faster, more informed underwriting decisions in complex and fast-moving risk environments.
HIVE MInD (Management Information ’n Data) is the analytical engine underpinning our underwriting approach. Built on a scalable data lake architecture using Databricks, it brings together underwriting and operational data into a single, trusted source of truth.
By ingesting structured data directly from HIVE Hub, HIVE MInD eliminates manual reconciliation and significantly accelerates reporting cycles. It powers a wide range of business-critical outputs, including binder performance dashboards, underwriting triangles, bordereaux processing, credit control and management MI.

Acting as the primary point of data ingestion, HIVE Hub validates and standardises information from brokers and third-party providers, ensuring accuracy and consistency from the outset. It provides a single workspace for underwriting activity, bringing together submissions, pricing, documentation and audit-ready decision tracking.
Seamlessly integrated with HIVE MInD, HIVE Hub reduces manual effort, improves data quality and strengthens underwriting discipline. As with all platforms, HIVE Hub is continuously evolving, with ongoing enhancements to further improve efficiency and data processing across the business.
